Please note: There have been 2 or 3 other organizations formed under the name Sir Francis Drake Association during the past 100 plus years. Our current 501(c)3 organizations do not have any affiliation or connection with any of the previous. We were founded by joint agreement between Oregon and California in 2017 to bring the 21st century new light of Sir Francis Drake's 1579 Pacific coast history, to all. We uphold highly, our pledge to provide clear and knowledgeable facts, presented without bias, as our goal demands.
